At Quilter Labs, we stand behind the precision and quality of our high-performance amplifiers and pedals. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your gear within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all power cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Securely attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible for our receiving department.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
